Why use a broker?

Brokers save time, money and sleepless nights. Often business’s and consumers base their decision on the lowest price but this is risky and can back fire in the event of a claim, that is when you find out that you were not covered for the loss or inadequately covered. Brokers offer sound advise for your home, business or motor insurance make sure you properly protected.

Does it cost more to use a broker?

It could cost less as brokers have the knowledge to source and negotiate competitive premiums on your behalf. A broker must disclose all fees charged for services provided and there are no hidden costs. Remember not all insurance policies are the same, you can get cheaper policies but not they may not give you the cover you need.

Does a broker help with a claim?

A broker guides you through the process and negotiates on your behalf and can successfully get results to ensure you are back in the same position as you were prior to the loss.
